GEN Z workshop :
discover their values, attitudes and expectations
GenZ represents one third of the world population, 60% of African population and less than 20% of Mauritian population
The growing GenZ, people aged 13 to 25 years, represents the future of brands and companies.
Various international studies show the differences between the GenZ and other generations: they have ambitions and want to make an impact. More open to diversity, cultural and sexual, Gen Z is on track to be the best-educated generation yet. Gen Zers are also more likely to have a college-educated parent than are previous generations of young people.
What is the situation in Mauritius or in Reunion island?
How the recent pandemic has impacted this generation?
The research done by Analysis Kantar, in Mauritius and Reunion, aims at understanding the local situation, ambitions, and values, in order to help human resources decision-makers, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and marketers to be better prepared.
